Silent Cinema TM launched in 2008 at the Andaz Hotel (formerly the Great Eastern). The year-long run started with THE SHINING and ended with CASABLANCA. A sell-out hit, it was featured in the Times, Guardian, Telegraph and Time Out. It was adopted and adapted by Orange who screened THE EXORCIST in a specially built outdoor cinema in Mile End graveyard for Halloween 2009. In 2010 Silent Cinema created the first ever cinema at Selfridges for Aubin & Wills and worked with Cathedral Group to stage a special outdoor season at the Deptford Project. We return to the Deptford Project for an expanded season in summer 2011.
Silent Cinema really is silent so can be staged almost anywhere! The concept can be boutique or large-scale and we can handle all aspects of production including staging, programming and ticketing.
